Summary: The Senior Investigator varied the decision of the Board. He affirmed its decision to refuse to release further records relating to the planning appeal on the basis that no further records exist. He directed the Board to release a number of records held on its legal file on the basis that section 31(1)(a) does not apply. He affirmed the Board?s decision to refuse the remainder of the records on the legal file under section 31(1)(a) of the Act.
