She found that the majority of the records were exempt under sections 31(1)(a), 36(1)(b) and 37(1) and that the public interest (where relevant) weighed in favour of withholding the details concerned. She found some excerpts of records covered by one part of the request were not exempt and directed Eirgrid to grant access to these.
