She directed the release of 15 records or parts of records which the IADT had identified for release together with the further remaining withheld records subject to the withholding/redaction of (1) copy of the Management Accounts and the line item pricing for the individual elements of equipment provided by the successful tenderer; (2) information provided by and correspondence with the unsuccessful tenderers and (3) identities of the unsuccessful tenderers.
