Summary: The Senior Investigator varied the decision of the Department. He directed the partial release of a number of additional records. He found that certain information in the records should be withheld from release under sections 29, 32, 33 and 37. He found that other information was excluded from the FOI Act under section 42(b). He directed the Department to carry out a fresh decision making process in respect of one part of the request.
