Summary: The Senior Investigator found that the Agency was justified in its decision to refuse access to the records on the basis that sections 37(1) and 37(7) of the FOI Act applied, since the withheld information contains either third party personal information, or third party personal information that is inextricably linked to the personal information of the applicant and his children.
